Cleaning area rugs requires special care. Each rug needs to be carefully inspected to determine the type of fibers and the current condition of the rug before being cleaned. Some carpets can be cleaned on-site and others must be taken away to be cleaned properly.

Never trust your area rug with an inexperienced cleaner. It takes a significant amount of experience to know the best method of cleaning for each area rug. Mistakes can be costly and can permanently damage your rug.
